Just weeks after calling it quits, influencer Brianna LaPaglia has finally opened up about what went down in her relationship with Zach Bryan.
In a candid conversation on the November 7, 2024 episode of the BFFs Podcast, LaPaglia revealed that during their one-year-long romance, her now-ex, Zach, was emotionally abusive toward her.
Speaking to her co-hosts, Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards, Brianna clarified that while the abuse was not physical, it took a serious toll on her mental well-being. She shared,
“The last year of my life has been the hardest year of my life dealing with the abuse from this dude. I’m still scared right now because I’m scared of him… I didn’t want to talk about it ’cause I was scared… I don’t expect people to understand emotional abuse if you haven’t been through it…”
Brianna further recounted the extent of the abuse she faced from the Overtime singer, describing it as a constant cycle of mistreatment followed by apologies. She shared,
“There was always another excuse as to why he was treating me so poorly and why I’m crying myself to sleep every night. Why he’s screaming at me and then you wake up, it’s the apology — I’m going to be better… I hope you never have to go through it…”
Brianna LaPaglia Claims Zach Bryan Requires Exes To Sign NDAs Post-Breakup
LaPaglia also claimed that women who were previously in relationships with Bryan were made to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to prevent them from publicly discussing their experiences with him after their breakups.
The YouTuber then made a shocking revelation that she was offered $12 million and a New York apartment to sign an NDA and never speak about their relationship. Explaining why she refused to sign such a contract, she shared,
“You made the women before me believe that they had no other choice than to take money from you, sign their experiences away… You get to skip off… You get to treat people around you like s***. Sorry, I’m not them. I don’t want your money. I don’t want in two years to… think, this is the money from the dude that literally f***ing destroyed me and broke me for a year”.
On November 6, 2024, Brianna and her team at The Barstool Sports podcast released a song called Smallest Man, which fans believed to be a diss track aimed at the singer.
While promoting the song on social media, the influencer cryptically confirmed that the track was indeed about Bryan and that he had blocked her on social media following their split. She responded to a fan comment on Instagram, writing,
“We r all blocked”.
Brianna LaPaglia and Zach Bryan first met each other in May 2023 at the Academy of Country Music Awards. This chance encounter quickly blossomed, and in July 2023, the two officially started dating. They were together for over a year before parting ways in October 2024.
