The X Men: The Last Stand star filed for divorce from Prepon on November 12, 2024, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason. According to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE magazine, their date of separation is listed as September 9, 2023.

“[We’re] no longer able to live together successfully as husband and wife”.
