From all the information I could gather, it’s clear that Lauren Compton was married at least once.
During an Out and About interview, Lauren revealed that her stand-up comedy journey began as a way to deal with her depression after she got divorced. She didn’t offer any more details, but I followed this trail and found a few pieces of the story.
Lauren was married to her Italian boyfriend (name unknown) after they had been dating for two years. The reason they got hitched, she claims, is that her boyfriend was unwilling to move to the U.S. to be with her without getting married.
Lauren Compton was married for five years before getting divorced. According to Lauren, the marriage ended with her husband cheating on her. However, the actress claims she’s still good friends with her ex-husband.
Pat Quinn (2019-2021)
March 22, 2021, both Lauren Compton and Pat Quinn posted a short video on their Instagram handles that indicated they were dating. It is rumored that they had been dating since 2019, and some of her fans also claim that the couple was engaged at one point in 2021.
However, neither of them confirmed that they had been dating. Even if they did get engaged, they did not end up getting married.
KC Deane (2021-2022?)
Some rumors also suggest that Lauren Compton was dating KC Deane, a filmmaker, skier, and mountain biking enthusiast. She has created a couple of very popular Instagram reels with Deane.

In an episode of ‘Where My Moms At?’ podcast, Lauren revealed that she had a diamond ring set as her screen saver on her phone. It apparently is a reminder for her boyfriend about what sort of ring she wants for the wedding. Lauren additionally mentioned her wish to have kids.
