The strained relationship between reality TV star Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband, Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley, has taken another dramatic twist.
During the February 11, 2025, episode of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills: After Show, Dorit opened up about the fallout from an explosive seven-page email PK had recently sent threatening legal action to cut her off financially.
Sharing the latest developments with co-stars Erika Jayne and Bozoma Saint John, Dorit revealed that after confronting Paul about the email, she discovered his threats were hollow. Reflecting on the conversation, she said,
“I called him and it was a completely different person. We started talking like we were friends. Subsequently, he said that he used a sledgehammer to crack a nut, so essentially, it was empty threats … he would never follow through. But none of it, none of it, is OK. None of it”.
Dorit’s decision to communicate with PK drew criticism from her co-stars, who questioned why she would engage with someone who had considered legal action against her.
However, the reality star firmly defended her choice, emphasizing that her actions were for the sake of their children, not a sign of reconciliation. She explained,
“This is not a reconciliation. The man is the father of my children. Whether PK and I stay married or not, I really want to get to understand him better. Only for the sheer purpose of, I want to have a good relationship with the father of my children if I can”.

In response, Dorit acknowledged Jayne’s warning, expressing her own determination to prepare for whatever the future may bring. She explained,
“If we don’t end up together, then I have to be able to find a way to navigate the challenging things that come with PK. And so getting to understand the way his mind works better is only going to help”.
Earlier, on February 4, 2025, episode of the reality show, Dorit recounted the contents of the lengthy email from her estranged husband. She said,
“I wake up to a seven page email, and it was a barrage. It was predominantly financial. His expectations were that within a month or two I will be responsible for the mortgage and all the bills associated with the house… If this doesn’t happen, [he] will be proceeding with divorce. He is not a man I recognize at all…”
