Actress Emily Osment and her ex-husband, Jack Anthony, have officially finalized their divorce.
On March 10, 2025, TMZ exclusively obtained the former couple’s settlement documents, which were originally filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on March 7.
Citing irreconcilable differences, the Young Sheldon star listed their date of separation as December 2024, just two months after their wedding.
While the exact terms of their divorce settlement remain private, the documents confirm that both parties waived their right to seek spousal support.
Additionally, since Emily and Jack had signed a prenup before tying the knot in October 2024 and share no children, their divorce was settled amicably, with each party retaining their individual earnings.

Although news of their divorce settlement has surfaced online, neither Osment nor Anthony has publicly addressed it yet.
Emily Osment Opens Up About Heartbreak Amid Divorce Proceedings
On the same day the Hannah Montana alum filed for divorce, she candidly shared her heartbreak in an emotional statement exclusively with PEOPLE magazine.
Reflecting on the difficult but mutual decision to end her marriage, Emily expressed,
“I think with any big decision in your life, whether it’s relationships or work or whatever it may be, you have to firmly plant both feet in that decision. Ultimately, it didn’t work out [for us]”.

Emily Osment and Jack Anthony first began dating in early 2021 and spent two years together before getting engaged in June 2023 during a romantic getaway to Yosemite National Park in California.
In October 2024, the couple exchanged vows in a private, intimate ceremony. Just four days after their wedding, the actress appeared on CBS Mornings with Gayle King on October 16, 2024, where she gushed about newlywed life, sharing,
“It’s great so far. These past four days have been glorious”.
Despite their whirlwind romance and brief marriage, Emily Osment and Jack Anthony are now closing this chapter of their lives and moving forward separately. Only time will tell what’s next for them.
