In true Kanye fashion, Kanye West has once again landed himself in hot water on social media.
On April 10, 2025, the rapper took to his official X account to post a surprise apology to longtime collaborator Jay-Z, following backlash over a now-deleted post in which he insulted Jay and Beyoncé’s younger children, Rumi and Sir.
In the original rant, Kanye used the R-word and questioned the twins’ mental capacity, a move that was widely condemned online. In his new apology, Ye wrote,
“I’m sorry Jay Z. I be feeling bad about my tweet but I still feel I gave my life to this industry and thought so many people were my family but when I needed family on some real s**t none of these rap n***as had my back”.

But just under an hour later, instead of letting the apology breathe, Kanye was right back at it, this time, taking a crude jab at Beyoncé. In a separate post, he wrote,
“Do Beyoncé ever let Jay get p***y I mean like at least a couple times”.
Beyoncé And Jay-Z Reportedly Exploring Legal Action Against Kanye
Nearly three weeks before the God Is rapper’s latest vulgar remark about Beyoncé, an insider revealed that the couple was already weighing legal options over his previous offensive outbursts.
On March 20, 2025, a source close to the couple told Page Six that Jay-Z and the Halo singer were deeply disturbed by Kanye’s now-deleted X posts targeting their children. The insider shared,
“The couple will absolutely not stand for it. [Kanye] has spoken about their children in such a vulgar and offensive manner. Jay-Z and Beyoncé are aware of the posts Kanye has since deleted and are discussing how they want to handle this situation, whether that be privately and/or in a legal matter”.
On April 3, 2025, a source close to both Beyoncé and West’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, told In Touch Weekly magazine that the two women had privately connected after Ye’s explosive tirade on X targeting them and their children.
According to the insider, the reality TV star and Beyoncé were quietly working behind the scenes in hopes of encouraging Kanye to seek help amid growing concerns about his alleged mental health crisis. The source revealed,
“Kim obviously can’t control Kanye, but she still feels terrible. He crossed a line… Kim and Beyoncé have been reaching out to everyone they know that might have a shot at getting through to Kanye and convincing him to seek treatment. This is a huge crisis and… there is still a sense of sadness that Kanye is on this path”.
