Kang Tae-oh may have Woo-ed away the fictional attorney we all know and love, but there is just one case fans are focused on right now – who’s the suspect stealing his heart irl?
Is Kang Tae-oh dating someone?
Kang Tae-oh is reportedly single.
Does this mean ladies have a chance with him? Unfortunately, no. Apparently, his hectic schedule does not allow him to have much of a personal life and, for an A-list celebrity like him, dating is not a priority.
However, in a 2021 interview, he did talk about the kind of woman he’d go for – if he had a chance. According to Koreaboo, he told Insight:
“I don’t know why but when I see a person rocking a short haircut, I feel inclined to get one more look.”
(brb, booking a salon appointment)
Surprisingly, Tae-oh also shared that he doesn’t mind dating someone older. The actor later on clarified that while he prefers older women, he can date a younger partner who can catch his attention.
Of course, it takes more than just cutting your hair to get the title of Kang Tae-oh’s girlfriend. To get the Prince of Vietnam to fall in love with you, it looks like you need to check a few more boxes – good at cooking, good sense of humor, has similar values, and communicates well. (Crying in social anxiety…)
Surprisingly, fans noticed that the actor’s ideal type seemingly describes a specific person. Yes, they are referring to Park Eun-bin who starred with Tae-oh in the hit drama Extraordinary Attorney Woo.
While fans would love to see the two blossom from co-stars to real-life lovers, nothing has been confirmed yet. They’re very close friends, and I think that’s okay (for now). Who knows, maybe a romantic reunion post his military discharge will give us the answers we’re all looking for?
