Co-stars Bessie Carter and Sam Phillips are causing a stir in the town with their romance. On June 22, 2024, Carter and Phillips were spotted by paparazzi in Sussex, England. The couple was out on a morning walk when Bessie was snapped planting a sweet kiss on Sam’s neck. 

Keeping things casual, Bessie opted for an oversized black hoodie, gray leggings and sneakers, while Sam donned a rustic brown T-shirt paired with black sweatpants. He completed his look with a navy blue baseball cap. 

The Les Miserables actress had her arms inside her hood pockets as she leaned in to kiss Sam. He, on the other hand, held a flask of coffee in one hand while scrolling through his phone on the other. A soft smile was evidently tugging at his lips in the picture.

Neither Bessie nor Sam has yet publicly confirmed their dating rumors. However, the pictures speak volumes of their relationship together. 

Bessie Carter and Sam Phillips have been romantically linked since March 2023, when they hit the red carpet together for A Little Life. Later, in November and December 2023, Bessie and Sam attended red carpet events for The Crown and Wonka, respectively. Carter and Sam have also worked together on the third season of Bridgerton in 2024. 

Fans of Bessie and Sam are quite shocked to see them engaged in public affection. One fan commented on one of Carter’s old Instagram posts featuring Phillips. It read,
