Fox wore a pinstripe blazer as a dress, paired with some knee-high fishnet stockings, garters, a choker necklace, and classic black pumps. The rapper, on the other hand, opted for a printed silk blazer and pants set, paired with some white pearl jewellery and black loafers.
The on-again, off-again couple posed together with actor Neil Patrick Harris and his husband David Burtka, at the event. Kelly and Fox both flashed a radiant smile for the camera.
