There are always two sides to every story, and reality TV star Paige DeSorbo is finally setting the record straight on hers.
During the February 25, 2025, episode of the Bravo show Summer House, Paige opened up about her highly publicized breakup with longtime boyfriend Craig Conover.
Previously, Craig had expressed on the reality show Southern Charm that he was eager to settle down and start a family—something Paige seemingly wasn’t on board with.
However, addressing her ex’s remarks, DeSorbo admitted that while Craig was ready for a family, the real issue wasn’t that she didn’t want one with him—it was all about timing. She shared,
“Craig’s been ready for a family and for me to move into his home since literally I think the day he texted me. But I have worked for this exact moment in my career for 10+ years. My podcast Giggly Squad is going on a 60-city tour. I’m just as shocked as everyone else”.

Paige further acknowledged that a part of her longed for the comfort and security of settling down, but at this stage in her life, it simply didn’t align with her career ambitions. She explained,
“Trust me, I wanted to be in bed. I wanted to be taken care of. I would have loved to just marry a man and said, and now I’m done. But that’s not where I’m at”.
Craig Conover Suggests A Different Reason For His Split From Paige DeSorbo
While Paige recently hinted that their breakup stemmed from differences in future goals and family planning, Conover has a different take on what went wrong.
During an exclusive appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on February 6, 2025, Craig subtly suggested that infidelity may have played a role in their split.
In a confessional segment, he opened up about feeling like he was never a priority in their relationship, stating,
“You shouldn’t have to force someone into liking you… If two people love each other, you’ll make it work… We didn’t want different things. She just wanted other people and that’s fine. She didn’t want those things with me anymore and I’m not mad at her for that…”

In the same episode, Craig also revealed that he was blindsided by the breakup, offering insight into how it unfolded. He explained,
“I didn’t tell her what to say [about the breakup]. I got a text and she said… it was mutual, which it wasn’t. I didn’t know about it. She called me and told me”.
Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo first crossed paths in 2019 while filming Season 4 of the reality show Summer House. Romance rumors began swirling in February 2021, and by October of that year, the two officially confirmed their relationship.
However, after four years together, Paige and Craig parted ways in late 2024.

As Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover share conflicting narratives about their split, fans are left wondering—was it a simple case of bad timing or something more?
One thing’s for sure: this breakup drama is far from over.
