Khloé Kardashian recently opened up once again about one of the darkest chapters in her love life, but it has rubbed the internet the wrong way.
During an April 16, 2025 appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast with host Alex Cooper, Khloé revisited the painful memory of her ex-husband Lamar Odom’s infidelity, a topic she’s publicly addressed in the past, but this time with even more detail.
The Kardashians star, who was married to Odom from 2009 to 2016, recounted the shocking moment she discovered his cheating, saying,
“I remember my ex-husband, and he remembers this story I’m sure. We were married, he was doing his thing and he went down to some motel in downtown L.A. and was with a girl… I saw in the window that him and this girl were either naked or she was in lingerie, something like that…”
Khloe then described the heartbreaking moment she confronted him at the motel room. She shared,
“I knocked on the door, they answered it for some reason, and I just started going ballistic… My knuckles were all bloody and gross from [it]”.

Opening up further, Khloé shared how Lamar reacted when she showed up at the motel unannounced after discovering his infidelity. She said,
“He could not understand how I knew where he was and I was like, I don’t give a s**t, I’m not telling anybody anything and why are you in a motel in downtown L.A at 3:00 in the morning?”
Moreover, the reality star didn’t hold back about the lengths she’s gone to in the past to uncover the truth in her relationships. Revealing just how deep her detective game ran, she confessed,
“I’ve also had trackers on people’s cars before. Gone Girl over here. Kim has this way of knowing how to hack into people’s voicemails, so we’ve done that in the past”.

However, Khloé wrapped up the interview on a surprisingly gracious note, making it clear there’s no bad blood between her and Lamar.
Reflecting on their past, she said she holds no resentment and is genuinely thankful for the chapter they shared, heartbreak and all, saying,
“There were things that I was exposed to that I never in a million years thought I would be exposed to. I think in your 20s, you really believe that love is all you need. I really do think it was the right person, wrong time. I have so much love for Lamar and every relationship I have, I’m so grateful for them, even the worst of them”.
Since her split from Lamar, the Good American co-founder moved on with NBA star Tristan Thompson, whom she dated on and off from 2016 to 2021, until, once again, infidelity led to their final breakup. And for the past three years, Khloé has been embracing singlehood.
But it seems she’s not giving up on love just yet. During the March 6, 2025, episode of The Kardashians on Hulu, Khloé opened up about her hopes for the future and admitted she’s ready to ditch casual dating in favor of something meaningful. She said,
“It can’t be over for me yet… At some point during my 40s I can promise, everybody, I will have gone on at least one date. My next chapter is: I wanna find a forever partner. And to do that, I wanna shed everything that’s not serving me”.
Fans Call Out Khloe For Dragging Lamar Again Just For Clout
Khloé’s emotional retelling may have tugged at heartstrings, but the internet? Not so much. Fans were quick to call her out for bringing Lamar back into the spotlight, again. Many felt she was milking the past for attention, with comments that read,
“Girl, you said you don’t love him any more or want him back, so stop talking about this man”.
“This is a desperate attempt to stay relevant and talked about”.
“Boy they regurgitate everything to try to stay relevant.. damn move on..”
